
On 12 November, the Section of Physical and Chemical Sciences of the Royal Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences of Spain held a dual scientific session to welcome Corresponding Members.
During the event, Ana María Urtiaga Mendia, Professor at the University of Cantabria and member of the LIFE-4-Fgases project, delivered her lecture titled:
“Membrane technology for efficient resource use”
The presentation covered several of her research lines, with a particular focus on F-gas recovery and the advances achieved through the LIFE-4-Fgases project, highlighting the project’s contribution to sustainability and efficient management of industrial gases.
The session provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the innovative solutions developed within the project and strengthen the visibility of Spanish research in prestigious international scientific forums.
